Place Review #1: Choices

CHOICES, BY GOLLYGREG

Stage of testing: Released
Genre: Platformer/Obby

Now, when I first played this I loved the GUI it started with. Yes. Anyone with a mind could make that but this GUI made me laugh. During the game you have your view locked. That means you cannot move the screen around. During the game you play a 2D to 3D view and have the chance to experience climbing and running movement. In the description it said it would be a 'Challenge' and yes, as a beginner I struggled but as it continued I got the gist and moved through quite easily.

Scripting: 7/10
Classic and new scripts to ROBLOX. Made by the creator unlike others...

Tools: N/A
There is no tools...

Development: Looks like it could have been planned a little. At least it wasn't made by a couple of clicks.

Problems: 9/10
Very good. No bugs and there is a path out of everything.

Difficulty: Medium
Shouldn't be too hard as long as you aren't lost...

Front Cover: Quite a nice snapshot. Quite attractive.

Building: 6/10
Yes, this might have took a while but it is quite simple. Make some scripts and GUI's, then just add some bricks.

Fun Filling: Quite
I played for about 30mins and didn't complete it. I had to quite but I really enjoyed it! If I didn't have to get off I would continue playing. It is quite a puzzling game. I would recommend it quite a lot. My friends were playing and they enjoyed it too!

Thought: 10/10
Very clever! Almost like bringing Super Mario to life! It is a new way to bring adventure games to ROBLOX.

Overall: 6/10
Obviously not the best game but still quite good and Unique.

IDEAS:

  • None. It's good enough!
